As an owner of 2 dogs myself, that brings tears to my eyes. I couldn't imagine hurting one of my animals- I can't even seem to say NO to them, let alone tying them up & shooting them!!!!! What is wrong with people these days?! He killed them to save some money? Why not let someone else adopt them?! People have gone insane. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
