Hello there!

My neighbor found this doggy near the Cleveland Children’s Hospital for Rehabilitation’s Shaker Campus.  She’s sweet and wonderful and crate trained, so she was obviously someone’s pet.  I thought you might be able to help in some way!  My neighbor wants to make sure that there aren’t people out there looking for her!
